1. Membership Scope
Zuvio membership may provide access to premium or plus-level functions shown in the app flow, such as video compression, video trimming, audio extraction, image compression, image cropping, EXIF removal, and other advanced media utility features made available inside the app.
2. Local Processing
Membership does not change Zuvio's local-first privacy approach. Media files, playback history, favorites, folders, search choices, queues, EQ settings, and tool outputs are stored and used on the user's phone. Zuvio collects only User ID information.
3. Billing Platform
Membership purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment handling may be processed by Google Play. Google may apply its own billing terms, taxes, refund rules, and payment policies. Zuvio does not collect payment card details.
4. Renewal and Cancellation
If a membership is offered as a recurring subscription, it may renew automatically unless canceled through the applicable Google Play subscription settings before the renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not necessarily refund a current active period unless required by Google Play policy or applicable law.
5. Feature Availability
Membership features may vary by app version, device capability, operating system permissions, file format, and store availability. Some media files may not be suitable for compression, trimming, extraction, cropping, or metadata handling because of format limitations or device restrictions.
6. User Responsibilities
You must use membership features only with media you are legally allowed to access and process. Zuvio is not responsible for rights issues, file corruption caused by unsupported media, or loss resulting from improper device storage management. Users should keep independent backups of important files.
7. Changes to Membership
We may add, change, suspend, or remove membership features for product, security, legal, technical, or store compliance reasons. Material changes will be reflected in the app or updated agreement where appropriate.
8. Age Requirement
Zuvio membership is available only to users who are 18 years of age or older.
