Privacy Policy

Zuvio is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. This Privacy Policy explains that Zuvio collects only User ID information. All other app information is not collected by us and is stored on the user's phone for local use.

1. What Zuvio Does

Zuvio provides local media storage visibility, video browsing, music browsing, image browsing, recent playback, media search and filters, now-playing controls, queue, lyrics, EQ, video compression, video trimming, audio extraction, image compression, image cropping, and EXIF removal. These functions are reflected in the reference screens and are designed for local media management on a phone.

Limited collection: Zuvio collects only User ID information. Zuvio does not collect names, phone numbers, email content, photos, videos, music, image files, searches, favorites, playback history, folders, albums, artists, lyrics, queue data, EXIF content, location, contacts, camera data, microphone data, payment card details, device files, or edited media output.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only User ID information. The User ID may be used to support basic app access, maintain service continuity, prevent misuse, and operate Zuvio.

3. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect local videos, local music, local images, thumbnails, media names, folder names, album names, artist names, media durations, subtitle status, file sizes, playback progress, recent playback, search text, favorites, filter choices, queue entries, lyrics selections, EQ settings, compression output, trimming output, extracted audio, cropped images, EXIF metadata, location, contacts, advertising identifiers, device media, or payment credentials.

4. Local Phone Storage

Zuvio may let users manage information such as media lists, recent playback, favorites, folders, albums, timelines, queue choices, playback controls, tool settings, edited outputs, and app preferences. This information is stored on the user's phone for local app use and is not collected by Zuvio.

5. Google Play

If a user downloads Zuvio or completes any store-related action through Google Play, Google may process information according to Google's own terms and privacy policy. Zuvio does not collect billing credentials or payment card numbers.

6. Age Requirement

Zuvio is only for users who are 18 years of age or older. Anyone under 18 must not use Zuvio.

7. Security

Because Zuvio keeps app activity information local on the phone except for User ID information, users should protect their device with a secure screen lock, updated operating system, and careful device access controls.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when app functions, store requirements, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
