1. Eligibility
Zuvio is available only to users who are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you must not use Zuvio.
2. App Functions
Zuvio provides local media functions shown in the reference screens, including device media storage awareness, video browsing, local video search, folders, recent files, favorites, music browsing by songs, albums, artists, and folders, image browsing by albums, timeline, folders, and favorites, recent playback, now-playing controls, lyrics, queue, EQ, video compression, video trimming, audio extraction, image compression, image cropping, and EXIF removal.
3. Local Media Responsibility
You are responsible for the media files you access, play, organize, compress, trim, crop, or otherwise process with Zuvio. You must not use Zuvio to infringe copyrights, violate privacy rights, bypass access controls, or process media in a way that violates applicable law.
4. No Hosted Media Service
Zuvio is a phone-side media utility. It does not promise cloud hosting, cloud backup, public distribution, or full online media streaming. Local files and app activity such as favorites, recent playback, folders, queues, and tool outputs are used on the user's phone.
5. Privacy
Zuvio collects only User ID information. Other app activity is stored on the phone for local use and is not collected by Zuvio. Please review the Privacy Policy for more detail.
6. Google Play Download
Download and start actions on this website open Google Play for the app package com.zuvio.media.tools. Google Play activity is governed by Google's own terms and policies.
7. Membership Features
Some advanced media tools or plus-level functions may require a membership. Membership terms, billing rules, renewal rules, and cancellation handling are described in the Membership Agreement.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Zuvio, interfere with app operation, attempt unauthorized access, use automated abuse methods, reverse engineer protected parts of the app where prohibited by law, or use Zuvio for unlawful media processing.
9. Changes to the App or Agreement
We may update Zuvio's functions or this User Agreement when needed for product, legal, store, or security reasons. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated agreement.
